Los Cabos features a one-lap swim at Palmilla Beach with a Rolling Swim Start for Age Group athletes. The bike course starts at Palmilla Estate parking lot, offering scenic views, and consists of two laps, ending at Malecón San Jose. The run starts at Hyatt Place Hotel and includes two laps through Paseo Malecón San José, with the finish line at Parque Las Palmas. The route is closed to traffic and well-marked, with a cut-off time of 8 hours and 30 minutes after the last athlete enters the water. Multiple price tiers are available, and early registration is encouraged.

Swim:

The swim will take place in the sea; start and finish in Playa Palmilla. It will be a Rolling Start and the course will be marked with large buoys in the turnarounds and smaller buoys indicating the course every 100 meters.

• Course: One lap, rectangular-shaped, in a protected cove
• Rolling Swim Start: Continuous stream entry, self-seeding encouraged, Age Group athletes only

Bike:

The bike course is in perfect conditions, closed to traffic and featuring a flatter and faster route. The sea of Cortez contrasting with the desert mountains provides a spectacular landscape for athletes and spectators.

The run will take place in the Hotel zone of San José del Cabo, where hundreds of spectators cheer out for athletes the whole way through. The course is entirely closed to traffic and is mainly flat, perfect for athletes to give their best all the way to the finish line.
